Call for tighter security after two drunk men burst in to Glasgow Uni lecture to square go

There have been calls for tighter security at Scotland’s universities after two men burst into a Glasgow Uni lecture and started fighting in front of amazed students.

Some students can be seen ducking for cover in fear as other stare on in disbelief.

The lecturer tries in vain to divert attention away from the fight as the two men wrestle each other right through the lecture hall.

The fight, believed to have taken place earlier this year, is only the latest in a long line of security breaches at the uni leaving students fearing for their life.

One student at a university in Glasgow said: “It was terrible, at one point it seemed like a fight was breaking out every week with loads of locals just floating around looking to cause it.

“I really hope they tighten up the security and stop things like this happening.”
